About this Internship
Internship program for Indian (Domestic) IT Recruiter.
Tasks and Duties
For this task, you are required to comprehend and analyze a set of job descriptions of different roles in the IT industry. Your goal is to understand the technical and interpersonal skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role. You should also identify the industry trends and most sought-after skills. You need to submit a DOC file containing the analysis of 10 different job roles. Your analysis should include the following: Job Title, Primary Skills required, Secondary Skills, Qualifications, Experience, and a brief summary of the job role. Please remember to cite your sources. Your submission will be evaluated based on the depth of your analysis and how well you have understood the job requirements.
This week's task focuses on creating attractive and comprehensive job advertisements based on the analysis performed during Week 1. For each of the 10 roles you analyzed, create a job advertisement. Each advertisement should include the Job Title, Job Description, Required Skills and Qualifications, Desired Experience, and Company Benefits. Remember that the advertisement should be enticing to potential candidates and should accurately reflect the job role. Your deliverable for this week is a DOC file containing the 10 job advertisements. Your work will be evaluated based on the clarity, completeness, and attractiveness of your advertisements.
Your task for this week is to draft a detailed recruitment strategy for one selected role among the 10 you have analyzed. Your strategy should outline how you plan to source candidates, the stages of the interview process, and how you would onboard the successful candidate. Remember to include a plan for how you would handle candidate rejection. Your deliverable is a DOC file containing your recruitment strategy. Your work will be evaluated based on the thoroughness, feasibility, and creativity of your strategy.
This week, you'll be putting yourself in the shoes of an IT recruiter. Your task is to create a hypothetical dialogue between yourself and a potential candidate for one of the roles you analyzed in Week 1. This should include the initial approach, the screening process, the interview, and the job offer or rejection. Your deliverable for this week is a DOC file containing the dialogues. Your work will be evaluated based on your understanding of the recruitment process, your ability to ask pertinent questions, and your professionalism.
