You will work with large datasets using Python to extract insights and trends that will contribute to the success of the company.
Tasks and Duties

For the first week, your task is to perform market research and data collection in the field of Apparel, Textiles & Fashion. Identify the top 5 fashion brands globally and collect data related to their product range, pricing, and customer demographics. Utilize public databases, company websites, and social media platforms for this data collection process. The final deliverable will be a DOC file containing the collected data in a well-organized manner along with the references. The document should include a brief description of each brand, their product range, the average price range, and the target demographic. Evaluation will be based on the relevance and accuracy of the data collected, the organization of information, and the overall presentation in the document.

This week, your task is to clean and pre-process the data collected during the first week. Identify and handle missing or inconsistent data, remove duplicates, and standardize the data to make it suitable for analysis. The final deliverable will be a DOC file containing the cleaned data, along with a detailed description of the steps you took for cleaning and pre-processing. Evaluation will be based on how well you've handled the missing or inconsistent data, the techniques used for data cleaning, and the clarity of your explanation.

Your task for this week is to perform a comprehensive analysis of the cleaned data. Identify patterns, trends, and insights that could help a fashion brand understand its market position and competitive landscape. The analysis should include but is not limited to pricing trends, product popularity, and customer preferences. The final deliverable will be a DOC file containing your detailed analysis, interpretations, and relevant visualizations. Evaluation will be based on the depth of analysis, the relevance of insights, and the clarity of your explanations.

This week, you will construct a predictive model based on the data analyzed in the previous week. This model should predict future trends in pricing, product popularity, or customer preferences. Use any appropriate statistical or machine learning techniques for this task. The final deliverable will be a DOC file outlining the predictive model, the techniques used, the model's predictions, and an explanation of how you arrived at these predictions. Evaluation will be based on the appropriateness of the model, the accuracy of predictions, and your ability to explain the model's workings.

Based on your data analysis and predictive modelling, your task for this week is to develop strategic recommendations for a hypothetical fashion brand. These recommendations should address areas such as product development, pricing strategy, and target demographics. The final deliverable will be a DOC file presenting your recommendations, their anticipated outcomes, and the data-driven rationale behind each recommendation. Evaluation will be based on the relevance and feasibility of your recommendations, and the strength of your data-driven arguments.

For the final week, your task is to compile all your findings and recommendations into a comprehensive report. The report should be structured logically and present the information in a clear, concise manner. It should include an executive summary, a detailed account of the data collection, cleaning, analysis, and predictive modelling processes, the strategic recommendations, and a conclusion. The final deliverable will be a DOC file containing the report. Evaluation will be based on the structure and organization of the report, the clarity and conciseness of the information, and the overall presentation.
