Tasks and Duties

In the first week, your task is to study and understand the different modules of a typical ERP system. You will need to focus on modules that are common across various ERP systems such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, CRM, and others. For each module, document the purpose, key features, and the processes that the module automates. In your DOC file, also include a section on how these modules interact with each other within an ERP system in order to provide an integrated solution. The report should be comprehensive, well-structured, and include a table of contents, introduction, main body and conclusion. The final deliverable should be in DOC file format and should take you approximately 30 to 35 hours to complete.

During the second week, your task is to research and document the different strategies used for ERP implementation. You should focus on strategies like Big Bang, Phased, Parallel and Hybrid approaches. For each strategy, provide an explanation, its pros and cons, scenarios where it might be suitable, and any experiences or case studies you can find from the public domain. The report should be well-written, thoroughly researched and the final deliverable should be in DOC file format. This task is estimated to take about 30 to 35 hours to complete.

In the third week, your task is to conduct an analysis of the top ERP vendors in the market. Choose five major ERP vendors and for each, provide an overview of the company, its ERP product(s), key features and functionalities, pricing model, and customer reviews. Also, include a comparison table to highlight the similarities and differences between the ERP solutions from these vendors. Your final deliverable should be a comprehensive report in DOC format. This task should take approximately 30 to 35 hours.

For the final week, your task is to create a detailed ERP post-implementation review plan. This plan should outline the key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, methods to collect data, and how to analyze this data to assess the success of the ERP implementation. Also, discuss potential issues that may arise during the review process and how to address them. Your final deliverable should be a detailed and well-structured plan in DOC format. This task should take approximately 30 to 35 hours.
