The deliverable will be a DOC file that includes the budget, forecast, and a detailed explanation of your assumptions and strategies. To complete this task: 1) Create a profile for a hypothetical small business. 2) Develop a one-year budget and forecast, taking into account potential revenue, expenses, and cash flows. 3) Write a report detailing your methods, assumptions, and strategies.
