Tasks and Duties
Week 1 Task: Infrastructure Assessment and Analysis:

Your deliverable will be a DOC file containing the detailed ITSM plan, including processes, roles, responsibilities, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Evaluation will be based on the comprehensiveness of the plan, the relevance of the KPIs, and the overall presentation of the document.

Week 3 Task: Cybersecurity Strategy Development:

The focus for this week will be on cybersecurity. You are tasked with developing a cybersecurity strategy for a hypothetical organization.
