Tasks and Duties
Week 1 Task: Basic Power App Creation:
The first task is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Power Apps. You will create a simple app that captures user data and stores it in a database. The objective of this task is to create a fully functional Power App that takes user input and stores it in a database. You will start by designing your app interface, then create a database to hold your data, and finally implement the functionality to capture and store data. The evaluation will be based on the functionality of your app and the design of your user interface. You must submit a DOC file detailing the steps you took to create the app, the challenges you faced, and how you overcame them, along with screenshots of your app.
Week 2 Task: Power App Integration with Power Automate:
This week, you will focus on integrating Power App with Power Automate. The objective is to create a Power App that triggers a flow in Power Automate when a certain condition is met. You will design your Power App, create a flow in Power Automate, and integrate both. Your evaluation will be based on the functionality of your app and the successful triggering of the flow. Your deliverable would be a DOC file explaining your design process, the steps you took to integrate Power Automate, any challenges you faced, and how you overcame them, along with screenshots of the app and flow.
Week 3 Task: Power Apps with AI Builder:
The task for this week is to integrate AI Builder into your Power App. Your objective is to create a Power App that uses AI Builder to analyze data and provide insights. You will design your Power App, integrate AI Builder, and ensure it provides meaningful insights. The evaluation will be based on the successful integration of AI Builder and the value of the insights provided. You must submit a DOC file detailing the steps you took, the challenges you faced, and how you overcame them, along with screenshots of your app and the insights provided by AI Builder.
Week 4 Task: Power Apps with Power BI:
For this week's task, you will integrate Power BI with your Power App. The objective is to create a Power App that uses Power BI to visualize data. You will design your Power App, integrate Power BI, and ensure it visualizes data effectively. Your evaluation will be based on the successful integration of Power BI and the effectiveness of your data visualizations. You must submit a DOC file detailing the steps you took, the challenges you faced, and how you overcame them, along with screenshots of your app and the data visualizations.
Week 5 Task: Power Apps Canvas App Creation:
This week, you will create a Canvas App in Power Apps. The objective is to create a Power App that uses a Canvas App to provide a custom user interface. You will design your Canvas App, implement it in your Power App, and ensure it provides a user-friendly interface. The evaluation will be based on the design of your Canvas App and its integration into your Power App. You must submit a DOC file detailing the steps you took, the challenges you faced, and how you overcame them, along with screenshots of your Canvas App and your Power App.
Week 6 Task: Power Apps Model-driven App Creation:
For the final task, you will create a Model-driven App in Power Apps. The objective is to create a Power App that uses a Model-driven App to handle complex data. You will design your Model-driven App, implement it in your Power App, and ensure it handles data effectively. The evaluation will be based on the design of your Model-driven App and its integration into your Power App. You must submit a DOC file detailing the steps you took, the challenges you faced, and how you overcame them, along with screenshots of your Model-driven App and your Power App.
