Assess the potential risks associated with the implementation of your proposed process improvement plan. The objective of this task is to understand how to identify and assess risks in process improvement initiatives. Deliverable: A DOC file detailing the potential risks, their impacts, and proposed mitigation strategies. Key Steps: Identify potential risks, analyze their impacts, propose mitigation strategies.
