Your first task as a virtual recruiting coordinator intern involves a deep dive into job description analysis. Then, create a comprehensive report comparing these roles. Highlight commonalities and differences, and suggest ways to make these descriptions more appealing to potential candidates. Your report should include: an introduction, detailed analysis of each job description, comparison, and conclusion with your recommendations. This task will help you understand the kind of profiles companies are looking for and how they attract potential candidates.

For the second week, your task is to develop a recruitment strategy plan. This plan should outline a step-by-step approach to attract, source, select, and hire the best possible candidate for a hypothetical role. Be sure to include strategies for promoting diversity and inclusion in your plan. Your plan should include: an executive summary, strategy for attracting candidates, sourcing methods, selection process, and a plan for onboarding the selected candidate. This task will help you enhance your knowledge about strategic planning in recruitment and hiring.

In week three, you'll be creating a comprehensive mock interview process for a role of your choice. This should include: creating a list of relevant interview questions, devising a scoring system for evaluating responses, and setting up a follow-up procedure post-interview. You should also detail how to handle rejection for unsuccessful candidates in a professional and considerate manner. This task will help you understand how the interview process works and what elements are important to consider.

In the fourth week, your task is to create an employer branding proposal. You'll need to select a company (real or imaginary) and research their current employer brand. Based on your research, create a proposal for improving their employer branding to attract high-quality candidates. This should include: current brand analysis, proposed improvements, expected outcomes, and a plan for measuring results. This task will help you understand the importance of employer brand in recruitment and how it can be improved.

For your final week, you will analyze recruitment metrics. Using hypothetical data, create a report analyzing key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, source of hire, etc. Your report should include: an introduction, detailed analysis of each metric, and conclusion with recommendations for improving these metrics. This task will help you understand how recruitment metrics are used to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
