Internship program for Senior Digital Marketer - ATZ CRM.
Tasks and Duties

For the first week, your task is to conduct a detailed analysis of three different Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The objective of this task is to understand the key functionalities, strengths, and weaknesses of each software. You will compile your findings into a comprehensive report. To complete this task, first, select three CRM software that are commonly used in the digital marketing industry. Second, conduct a thorough analysis of each software focusing on features that are relevant to digital marketing such as customer segmentation, campaign management, lead management, analytics, and so on. Third, collate your findings into a DOC file. The report should compare and contrast the functionalities of the software and should include a recommendation on which software would be most suitable for a senior digital marketer. The evaluation criteria will be based on the depth of analysis, clarity of comparison, and justification of recommendation. The report should be between 10-15 pages and should take approximately 30 to 35 hours to complete.

In the second week, your task is to develop a CRM implementation strategy for a hypothetical company. Assume the company operates in the B2C sector, selling consumer electronics online. The objective is to outline a plan to implement and optimize the CRM software of your choice (from Week 1 task). You will need to detail a step-by-step plan in a DOC file. The plan should cover aspects such as data migration, team training, setting up marketing automation, segmenting customers, and integrating with other systems. Additionally, propose a set of KPIs to measure the success of the CRM implementation. The evaluation criteria will be based on the feasibility and comprehensiveness of the plan, the relevancy of the KPIs, and the overall presentation of the report. The report should be between 15-20 pages and should take approximately 30 to 35 hours to complete.

For the third week, your task is to design a CRM driven digital marketing campaign for the same hypothetical company from Week 2. The objective is to design a campaign that utilizes the capabilities of the CRM software you chose in Week 1 to improve customer outreach and engagement. Your campaign should detail the target audience, communication channels, content strategy, and timeline. It should also specify how the CRM software will be used at different stages of the campaign. The campaign plan should be submitted as a DOC file. The evaluation criteria will be based on the integration of the CRM software into the campaign, the creativity of the campaign, and the overall coherence of the plan. The report should be between 12-18 pages and should take approximately 30 to 35 hours to complete.

In the final week, your task is to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital marketing campaign from Week 3. Assume the campaign has been executed for a period of 3 months. Develop an evaluation report that summarizes the performance of the campaign based on the KPIs you proposed in Week 2. Use hypothetical data to demonstrate how the performance would be measured and analyzed using the CRM software. The report should identify areas of success and areas needing improvement. The report should be submitted as a DOC file. The evaluation criteria will be based on the use of KPIs, the depth of analysis, and the quality of recommendations for improvement. The report should be between 10-15 pages and should take approximately 30 to 35 hours to complete.
