Tasks and Duties
Week 1 Task: Strategy and NOC Delivery Operations Planning:
The first week is dedicated to understanding the strategic planning of Network Operations Center (NOC) delivery operations. The task is to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for NOC delivery operations. Your plan should include a SWOT analysis, mission and vision statements, long term objectives, and strategies to achieve them. You need to submit a detailed DOC file illustrating your strategic planning process, the strategies you have devised, and how these strategies can be implemented in real-world scenarios. The evaluation criteria will be based on the comprehensiveness of the plan, clarity of the strategies, and the feasibility of implementation.
Week 2 Task: Workflow Design and Optimization:
This week, you will focus on designing and optimizing workflows for NOC delivery operations. The task involves creating a DOC file with detailed workflows for different operations in NOC. The workflows should be clear, efficient, and optimized for time and resources. You will also need to provide justification for the workflows designed. The evaluation criteria will be based on the clarity of the workflows, efficiency of the design, and the justification provided.
Week 3 Task: Incident Management Plan:
