Your work will be evaluated based on the comprehensiveness of your strategy and the clarity of your rationale.

For the final week, you will focus on network performance evaluation and optimization. Assume a scenario where a company's network is facing performance issues like slow speeds and high latency. Your task is to diagnose the possible reasons and propose an optimization strategy. Document your step-by-step analysis, findings, and solutions in a DOC file.
