The final deliverable must be a DOC file that outlines your strategy, including an executive summary, identified learning needs, content topics, sequence, delivery methods, and a conclusion explaining how this strategy will improve the overall learning experience. Evaluation of this task will be based on the relevance of the identified learning needs, the comprehensiveness of the proposed topics, the sequence of the modules, the innovative nature of the proposed delivery methods, and the quality of writing.

Evaluation of the task will be based on the comprehensiveness of the evaluation methods, the relevance of the proposed feedback collection method, and the proposed use of the feedback in improving future training modules.
