YuvaIntern is India's first job simulation internship platform, an initiative by Henry Harvin® Education. As a Student Partner your role is to help students at your college discover these simulations, run learning sessions on campus, and share your own experience through your online presence.

Students from all colleges, degrees and streams across India. You do not need a marketing background — roughly half of every batch starts with none. What helps is being curious, consistent, and comfortable talking to your peers.

No. There is no fee to apply and no fee after selection. YuvaIntern will never ask a Student Partner for money. If anyone asks you for a fee in our name, report it to us straight away.

The batch runs for 60 days from the start date shown above. It is entirely work-from-anywhere — nothing requires you to travel or relocate.

Around 2 to 3 hours. Partners chasing the mega reward put in more, but the baseline is built to fit around classes, labs and placements.

This is a performance-based program with no fixed ceiling. The batch pool is ₹7 lakh, the top partner takes ₹25,000 plus a paid Henry Harvin® certification, and weekly contests pay out throughout the 60 days.

On completing the program you receive an NSDC-affiliated Student Partner certificate. Top performers also receive a letter of recommendation signed by the program lead. Since YuvaIntern is a Henry Harvin® initiative, the credential is recognised by recruiters across India.

Yes. Every Student Partner gets free access to the full simulation library for the length of the program — tech, finance, marketing, HR, design and more. Most partners find that doing a simulation first is what makes them convincing when they talk about it.

That is completely fine, and common. Tell your mentor in week one and they will move your contest weeks around your dates. Nobody has ever been dropped for having exams.

No. Every task, session and contest can be run from your college or your home.

Yes, there is no cap. Partners from the same campus usually end up running their sessions together, which works better than going it alone.

The Student Partner Program is currently open to students studying at Indian colleges only.

Results go out by email the day after applications close. Check your spam folder that morning — that is where a good number of them land.

You will receive a personal referral link. Use it to enter the direct entry round and you can secure your place in the batch before the results are even announced.

The direct entry round stays open for 5 minutes from the moment you land on this page. Start your application inside that window, then share your personal link and collect all three keys by getting students to apply through it. Collect all three and you are through to the batch without waiting for the selection round. Once the timer hits zero the round closes and you go through the normal selection route.

Yes. Applications stay open until 25 September. Only the direct entry shortcut closes when the timer ends — your application is still assessed in the regular selection round.

Make sure they applied using your link, and that they verified their account via the email we sent them. Scores update only after verification, usually within a few minutes.

Top-performing partners are considered first for paid campus-ambassador roles and internship openings at Henry Harvin®. You also keep lifetime access to the partner alumni network.
